SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
Satisfaction is guarantee. Try any Dragon’s Miracle product risk-free! We believe strongly in the value and integrity of Dragon’s Miracle and take full responsibility for your satisfaction. If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund. Just let us know within 30 DAYS of receiving your delivery.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at: Healing@DragonsMiracle.com
Please supply the Team Member with your order number and item name from your original confirmation e-mail. The Care Team Member will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
The Dragon’s Miracle Care team will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact Customer Care immediately at: Healing@DragonsMiracle.com Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Care Team Member.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
- Contest winnings
- Promotional & Discounted Items.
- All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Dragon’s Miracle Products (except for purchases from DragonsMiracle.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
- Dragon’s Miracle withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
